Is your gold BIS-hallmarked?
Yes. Every SVADEZI gold piece carries the BIS mark and a 6-digit HUID etched at the assaying centre — verifiable on the BIS Care app.
What gold purity options do you offer?
18K (75.0%), 14K (58.3%) and 9K (37.5%) — each in yellow, rose and rhodium (white) finish.
How is the making charge calculated?
Making is charged transparently and itemised on every product page — you see the metal value, diamond value, making charges and GST as separate lines before you commit.
Do you offer gold exchange or buy-back?
Yes. Any BIS-hallmarked SVADEZI piece can be exchanged at 100% of the prevailing gold value; other-brand hallmarked gold is exchanged at prevailing market rate after assay.
What is your return & refund policy?
15-day insured returns with free doorstep pickup pan-India. Full refund on unworn, undamaged pieces returned in original packaging with certificate.
How do I verify authenticity?
Every diamond ships with its IGI certificate and a laser-inscribed report number on the girdle. Verify at igi.org; gold is verifiable via the BIS Care app using the HUID.
What is the difference between 22K and 18K?
22K is 91.6% pure gold (softer, higher metal value). 18K is 75% pure gold alloyed for strength — ideal for setting diamonds securely. We offer 18K, 14K and 9K.
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes. Share a reference or brief with our atelier and we'll produce a CAD render, quote and lead-time. Custom pieces ship in 3–5 weeks.
What is the delivery time?
In-stock pieces: 2–5 business days pan-India. Made-to-order: 3–5 weeks. Every shipment is fully insured with doorstep delivery.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured with signed, tamper-evident packaging. Loss or damage in transit is covered end-to-end.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI and Cash-on-Delivery for orders up to ₹50,000.
Does each diamond come with a certificate?
Every diamond above 0.10ct ships with an IGI grading certificate. Larger stones (0.20ct+) carry a laser-inscribed report number on the girdle.
How do I care for my gold jewellery?
Store separately in a soft pouch, avoid perfumes and chlorinated water, and wipe with a soft cloth after wear. We offer free lifetime cleaning at the atelier.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. Ring resizing is free within the first 30 days and offered at cost afterwards. Please share your existing ring size or use our home sizer kit.
Do you offer EMI or payment plans?
Yes — no-cost EMI on most major cards and standard EMI via BNPL partners for orders above ₹10,000.
What is the GST rate?
3% GST is applied at checkout on the total order value, as per Indian government norms for gold and diamond jewellery.
Do you sell gold coins or bars?
No. SVADEZI focuses exclusively on wearable fine jewellery — rings, earrings, mangalsutras, pendants and bracelets.
How is the gold rate determined?
We price against the prevailing wholesale bullion rate from Indian commodity exchanges — not a fixed showroom markup. Rates shown on site are indicative and updated periodically.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
